myplateservice.in is an independent assistance platform that provides only guidance and support services. We do not accept any orders, manufacture products, or conduct official number plate bookings.

1. Service Fee

Our service fee is charged only for providing guidance and assistance, such as helping users understand the process and navigating the official portals. This fee is applied towards the time, effort, and resources involved in providing support.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • ✅ If due to a technical issue or error on our part, we are unable to provide you with proper guidance or support.
  • ✅ If we fail to deliver the promised assistance, you may request a refund.
  • ✅ If you have been mistakenly charged more than once (duplicate payment).
  • ✅ If the service has not yet been initiated and your request is still pending.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • ❌ Once the service has already been initiated and guidance/support has been provided.
  • ❌ If incorrect, invalid, or incomplete details are provided by the customer.
  • ❌ If the customer changes their mind after the payment is completed.
  • ❌ Delays caused by external factors such as third-party portal downtime, internet issues, or holidays.

4. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used at the time of payment.
